*GFCI & AFCI Breaker Testing & Replacement (Elite Plan Only): Labor for testing and replacement is included at no additional charge. However, the cost of materials, such as replacement GFCI outlets or AFCI breakers, will be billed separately at a discounted member rate.
**Smoke & CO Detector Testing & Replacement (Elite Plan Only): We provide free labor for testing and battery replacement, and batteries are included at no extra charge. If a detector needs to be replaced, members will receive a discounted price on materials while labor remains free.

What’s included in the annual safety inspection?
Our licensed electricians will conduct a full inspection of your electrical system, checking your panel, outlets, GFCIs, smoke detectors, surge protection, grounding, visible wiring, and overall system health. For Premium and Elite plans, this also includes infrared thermal imaging to detect hot spots before they become dangerous.
How does priority scheduling work?
When you’re on a Power Protection Plan, you go to the top of our scheduling list. That means faster response times for service calls—especially helpful during emergencies or peak seasons when electricians are in high demand.
Do I need to install anything extra for whole-home surge protection?
If your home doesn’t already have a surge protector, we can install one as part of the Elite plan. We’ll verify your current system during the initial inspection and recommend any upgrades needed to fully protect your electronics and appliances.
What kind of discount do I get as a member?
Plan members receive 10% off most standard repairs and installations. That includes panel upgrades, lighting installs, troubleshooting calls, and more. The savings often offset the cost of the plan itself.
Is there a long-term commitment?
Power Protection Plans are billed monthly and come with a 6-month minimum commitment. After that, you can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice. This helps us provide thorough inspections and member discounts without compromising the quality of service we deliver.
What areas do you serve with these plans?
Power Protection Plans are available to clients in Joplin, Springfield, and surrounding areas throughout the Four States. Not sure if you’re in our service zone? Give us a call—we’ll let you know right away.
What happens if an issue is found during the inspection?
If we identify any problems during your safety inspection, we’ll explain the issue in plain language and provide a written estimate for repairs. As a member, you’ll receive priority scheduling and your 10% discount on any work that’s needed.
